Led by Nicholas Sheahan, CPD brings more than twenty years of Basin experience — from on-ground delivery and CMA program leadership to Director-level roles at MDBA with accountability to BOC, MinCo, and Senate Estimates.

Our Work
Since commencing operations in December 2023, CPD has delivered technical, advisory, assurance, and governance support across a range of environmental water and floodplain restoration programs in the Murray-Darling Basin — working directly with government agencies, CMAs, and Tier 1 consulting firms.
Work has spanned environmental watering operations planning, infrastructure procurement and project development, independent technical assurance, and strategic advice on Basin Plan implementation and river operations.
